Registration 2011-2012

Registration for 2011-2012 Religious School is now open.  Thank you for your patience while we prepared the new school schedule.  We’re very excited about some new classes, new options for scheduling, and about highlighting all of our elective offerings.

You have three options for registering. 
1)  You may follow the link at the bottom of this email to fill out an electronic form.  Make sure you press submit in the Upper Right Corner after completing the form.
2)  You may print out the form from the link or from our web site, fill it out and send in the hard copy.
3)  Reply to this email and ask for a hard copy of the registration form to be mailed to you.

Regardless of your registration method, you will need to send in your payment by regular mail.  Your registration will not be processed until your payment of at least 50% and all completed registration forms have been received by our office.  Should you need special assistance with tuition, please contact the Executive Director at 847-835-0724. 

Some important notes:

• School starts on Sunday, September 11, 2011
• You can view the full school calendar at http://www.nscireligiousschool.org/calendar.html
• 3rd and 4th grade students come two days a week, Sunday and either Tuesday or Wednesday
• 5th and 6th grade students come two days a week, Sunday and either Tuesday or Wednesday, or on Tuesday and Thursday
